Audio Visual Products SALEM STATE COLLEGE / PROJECT LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS LEVEL I CLEVER CLASSROOM - MEDIALINK A Level I Clever Classroom provides the ability for an instructor to share information from an owner provided laptop computer. Images will be displayed on a manual screen from a ceiling mounted LCD projection system. The 2500 ANSI lumen projector will provide XGA resolution. Audio will come from the speakers on the projector. Basic projector controls will be performed with a button control pad mounted to the wall. LEVEL II TECHNOLOGY CLASSROOM - MEDIALINK A Level II technology classroom provides the ability for an instructor to share information from an owner provided PC, an owner provided laptop computer, or a DVD/VCR, all of which will be centrally located in a rack. Images will be displayed on a motorized screen from a ceiling mounted LCD projection system. The 2500 ANSI lumen projector will provide XGA resolution. Program audio will be distributed through ceiling mounted loud speakers. Source selection and transport controls will be performed with a button control pad mounted to the wall. A Level III technology classroom provides the ability for an instructor to share information from an owner provided PC, owner provided laptop computer, a DVD/VCR or a digital document camera, all of which will be centrally located in the custom lectern. Images will be displayed on a motorized screen from a ceiling mounted LCD projection system. The 3000 ANSI lumen projector will provide XGA resolution. Program audio will be distributed through ceiling mounted loud speakers. Source selection and transport controls will be performed with a button control pad mounted to the lectern. A Level IV Smart Classroom provides enhanced functionality to a Level III Technology Classroom. All sources will be displayed utilizing dual 4000 ANSI lumen, XGA resolution ceiling mounted projection systems. Images will be displayed onto a motorized screen and a 77 Smart Board. The Smart Board allows instructor to control and annotate over applications by simply touching the board. All other sources in the Level III Technology Classroom are included in the Level IV Smart Classroom. Control is by means of an AMX control system with 5
touchpanel. |
